• Nominal diameter: 600 cm.
• Thermally protected EC (brushless) motor with three-phase power supply (200-480 V / 50-60 Hz).
• Aerodynamically profiled anodized aluminum blades, equipped with winglets that reduce drag caused by tip vortices.
• Control electronics for power management and operation, complete with EMI/EMC filters to prevent the risk of electromagnetic interference, housed in the aluminum casting of the motor covers. The electronics include:
• an isolated RS485 Modbus communication bus, which allows the fan to be integrated into a BMS,
• an isolated analog input for speed regulation via an external potentiometer (optional) or other device operating with a 0-10 V signal.
• Integrated safety system in the electronics, including protection against overcurrent, short circuit, overtemperature, overvoltage, and undervoltage. In compliance with NFPA 72 (National Fire Protection Agency) requirements, the fan control system forces the unit to shut down and immediately lock out upon receiving a water flow signal from the fire alarm system, thus avoiding compromising the effectiveness of any installed sprinklers.
• Steel sheet ceiling installation kit, including a support pole (nominal length 1.5 m), a pair of brackets, and related hardware, supplied as standard. This kit ensures the unit is securely and securely attached to the ceiling in the most common installation methods.
• Optional kit, consisting of 4 tie rods, specifically designed to ensure additional axial stability. The use of this kit is mandatory if the fan's installation location:
• exposes it to gusts of wind,
• exposes it to the risk of accidental collisions with nearby moving machinery or equipment,
• exposes it to the risk of contact with birds,
• is located in a seismic zone or is otherwise subject to significant vibrations (e.g., industrial processes involving hammers, industrial presses).
• Speed can be adjusted via potentiometer or VORT T, VORT T-HCS, VORT T PLUS, and VORT MASTER remote control units (optional).
