Description
• 2-speed brushless EC motor, adjustable upon installation, with shaft mounted on ball bearings for a minimum continuous operating life of no less than 50,000 hours.
• Forward-curved centrifugal impeller made of plastic resin, aerodynamically optimized to ensure, together with the enclosed auger, high pressure levels across a wide range of flow rates.
• The auger, incorporating the motor holder, is molded from impact-resistant ABS.
• Aesthetic front panel, snap-on to a protective grille underneath, molded from impact-resistant ABS. The perimeter suction prevents the view of the components behind it and simplifies cleaning.
• The casing, molded from impact-resistant ABS, integrates the exhaust port with a nominal diameter of 100 mm. An adapter, included as standard, allows installation even with exhaust ports with a nominal diameter of 125 mm.
• An optional kit (F4L-WINKIT) is available that allows the VORT F4L to be installed on single- or multi-glazed windows with a thickness between 12 and 28 mm.
Available functions:
• Operating mode setting: A built-in switch allows you to choose between continuous and intermittent operation during installation.
• Minimum flow rate setting: A potentiometer allows you to set the minimum extraction flow rate during installation within a range of 30 to 80 m3/h.
• Maximum flow rate setting: A potentiometer allows you to set the maximum extraction flow rate during installation within a range of 90 to 260 m3/h.
• Timer: A potentiometer allows you to delay the product's shutdown or return to minimum speed after the room switch is turned off or the pull cord switch is activated. The delay duration can be set during installation within a range of 3 to 20 minutes. The same potentiometer also allows the function to be inhibited.
• Relative Humidity Sensor: This allows the product to be started, or switched to maximum speed, only when the relative humidity threshold in the room being served is exceeded. A potentiometer allows the threshold level to be set during installation within a range between 60% (default value) and 95%. The function can be inhibited by using a dedicated switch.
• Pull-cord switch: This allows the fan to be independent of the activation of an external switch. The pull-cord switch or, alternatively, an external switch can be controlled during installation by adjusting the pair of DIP switches integrated into the control electronics.
• Data logger: The control electronics integrate a device that records the fan's operating hours. A dedicated USB socket allows periodic downloading of recorded data.
